We require a 1/3 deposit to book a trip. If you are booking over a year in advance, you may send 10% at the time of booking and the balance by December 1st of the year prior to your trip. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the trip. Trips booked over a year in advance may be booked at the current years price.

Deposits will not be refunded if pack/hunting trip is canceled sixty (60) days or less before departure. Deposit will be refunded if replacement party pays for trip in full. No refunds on hunting trip if party's license is drawn.

Licenses:

Wyoming non-resident licenses are currently:

• Elk - $1,071.00
• Moose - $1,416.00
• Mule Deer - $566.00 or $326.00
• Bighorn Sheep - $2,266.00
• Antelope - $526.00
• Black Bear - $362.00

Application deadlines are:

• Elk - January 31
• Moose and Bighorn Sheep - February 28
• Deer and Antelope - March 15
• Preference Points Only - July 1 - Sept 30 - preference points can be purchased for elk, deer, antelope, bighorn sheep and moose.

Butte Creek Camp

• Archery Elk Hunt - 8 day hunt - $4,250.00
  Aug. 31 - Sept. 7
  
• General Season Elk - 8 full days - $4,750.00; 1 on 1 $5,500.00
  Sept. 9 - Sept. 25
• Trophy Elk Hunt - Hunt 1 on 1 with Ron Lineberger; 10 day hunt $7,500.00
  Scheduled by availability
• General Season Elk/Deer Combo - 8 full days $5,500.00; 1 on 1 $6,000.00
  Sept. 27 - Oct. 22
  
• Bighorn Sheep Hunt - 10 full days - $5,750.00; 1 on 1
  Sept. 1 - Oct. 31

Butte Creek Trophy Elk Hunt:

Hunt 1 on 1 with Ron Lineberger, guide over 20 years experience, in the Thorofare.  This is a 10 day hunt and comes with a 6 point bull guarantee.  If you don't  get an opportunity at a 6 point Bull Elk, we'll refund $1,000.00.  These hunts are scheduled by availability.

Hardpan Camp

• Trophy Mule Deer Hunts - 7 full days - $2,750.00;

• Cow Elk - 3 full days - $1,500.00

Lodge Hunts

Summer Trips

• Fishing, Hiking, Riding - $175.00 per person per day
• $200.00 per person per day for progressive trips

Services:

Pack/hunting trip services provided by Double R Ranch/Butte Creek Outfitters are as follows:

• Transportation to and from the Cody, WY airport or motel to ranch or trail head.
• Horses, equipment, guides, cook, tents, cots, food, non-alcoholic beverages for pack/hunting trip.

Services which are not included as listed below:

• Motel stay in Cody (However, we can make reservations for you).
• Rodeo or Historical Center Tickets.
• Licenses/Fees.
• Game Processing/Taxidermy.
• Alcoholic Beverages and Soda.

All camp hunting trips include 2 travel days. Example: 7 day hunting trip has 5 actual days of hunting. Lodge hunts are actual hunting days. Example: Deer hunt Nov. 8-10, hunt begins with lodging and dinner on November 7th and ends with breakfast on November 11th.
