Gratuities:Tips are expected by the staff for a job well done. Our job does not end until you are safely out of the back country and your meat is at the processor. However, it is up to the hunter to determine the level of service he/she received and to tip accordingly. On average guides receive a tip around $200.00, the cook $100.00, the wrangler $50.00 per hunter. If you have any complaints about our staff, please let us know so we can address the issues immediately. Horses:

*
Start exercise program 6 months before hunt begins. * Ride horses as much as possible before you arrive. * Shoot your rifle as much as possible. Be comfortable shooting at 300 yards. Whenever possible, shoot from different positions, not just from a bench rest. * Cut down on smoking and/or drinking. * The success and enjoyment of your hunt depends largely on your ability to adjust to high altitude hard hunting.
